Health and Wellness
The past two springs we have had a health incentive program called Bike, Walk, Roll & Win with great impacts.
Many people requested our office to put together a winter health incentive program.
Our WINter Wellness challenge will encourage any adult (18+) to engage in any form of physical activity - dance classes, downhill skiing, hiking, kickboxing, whatever! Every time someone completes some sort of physical activity in the boundaries of Ravalli County between November 15-February 15, they can enter it into a drawing for prizes.
Please like and share our event here: https://www.facebook.com/events/303637567033093
Other WINter Wellness details:
- Need not be present to win.
- Incentive program open to adults (18+), regardless of residency.
- Participants are responsible for picking up prizes within 45 days either at the MSU/Ravalli County Extension Office if not picked up at the celebration event (to be determined). Another name will be drawn for any unclaimed prizes after 45 days.
